1. What is self-exclusion?

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that allows users to voluntarily request a temporary or indefinite suspension of their Betamina account. During the self-exclusion period, the user will not be able to access their account or use any of the services offered on the website.

2. Who can request self-exclusion?

Any registered Betamina user may request self-exclusion at any time if they believe their gambling activity is negatively affecting their personal, financial or social well-being.

3. How to request self-exclusion

The user has two ways to activate self-exclusion:

  • Directly from the player profile: go to the Responsible Gaming section of your account. There you can set your own limits (bet limit and loss limit, for 1-day or 1-week periods) and activate self-exclusion by selecting the desired duration. This is the fastest and most direct method.
  • By contacting Customer Support: via live chat at betamina.com or by email to support@betamina.com, using the registered email address on the account.

In either case, the request must clearly state the intention to self-exclude from Betamina's services and the chosen duration.

4. Duration of self-exclusion

Self-exclusion is applied progressively, depending on the number of times the user has requested it:

  • First self-exclusion: 7 days — initial cooling-off period to reassess gambling behavior.
  • Subsequent self-exclusions, the user may choose between the following periods:
    • 1 month
    • 3 months
    • 6 months
    • 12 months
    • Indefinite self-exclusion, until a formal reactivation request is submitted (where permitted).

Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be canceled or reduced before the selected period expires.

5. Effects of self-exclusion

During the self-exclusion period:

  • Account access will be blocked.
  • No deposits, bets or withdrawals will be permitted.
  • The user will not receive marketing or promotional communications.
  • Any attempt to access the account will be automatically denied.

6. Account reactivation

  • For temporary self-exclusion periods, the account may only be reactivated after the selected period has ended.
  • For indefinite self-exclusion, the user must contact Betamina support and explicitly request reactivation.
  • Betamina reserves the right to request additional verification (see our KYC Policy) prior to reactivating an account.

7. User responsibility

The user acknowledges that:

  • Self-exclusion is a voluntary responsible gaming tool.
  • Betamina is not responsible if the user attempts to create a new account using different details during the self-exclusion period. Such conduct constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the forfeiture of funds.
  • It is the user's responsibility to request self-exclusion from other gambling platforms where they may hold active accounts.

8. Data protection

All information related to self-exclusion is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Policy updates

Betamina reserves the right to update this Self-Exclusion Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available at betamina.com/self-policy. Continued use of Betamina's services constitutes acceptance of this Self-Exclusion Policy and any future updates.
