Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms govern the use of promotions, bonuses and reward mechanics at Betamina. See also Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gaming Policy and Refund Policy.

Betamina is operated by Aymora Group Ltd, a company registered in Belize under commercial registration number 000053733, with an online gaming license issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (License No. ALSI-202602023-Fl1). These Bonus Terms govern the use of all promotions, bonuses and reward mechanics offered at Betamina, either in casino or sportsbook. They are an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. 1. General rules

• Bonuses are an optional courtesy by Betamina. Accepting a bonus means accepting these Terms and the specific conditions of each promotion.
• Each bonus or promotion may have specific terms published on its dedicated page. In case of conflict, the specific terms prevail over these general Terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be assigned, sold or shared between accounts.
• Only one account per player is allowed. Multiple accounts used to abuse promotions result in cancellation and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Betamina may modify, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, without prejudice to bonuses already active at the time of the change.

2. Types of bonuses

The most common mechanics at Betamina are:

• Welcome bonus: bonus granted on the first deposit (or first deposits) after registration.
• Reload bonuses: bonuses granted on subsequent deposits.
• Free spins: no-cost spins on selected slots.
• Cashback: return of a percentage of losses or wagers over a defined period.
• Freebets: sportsbook bet with no stake risk on a specific operation.
• Comboboost: percentage increase on the final odds of an accumulator bet, based on number of selections and minimum odds.
• Tournament, quest, wheel of fortune and loyalty program bonuses: with specific rules on their corresponding page.

3. Wagering (rollover) and eligibility

• Most bonuses require meeting a rollover requirement before generated winnings can be withdrawn. By default and unless stated otherwise, the rollover is 30x on the bonus amount. The exact multiplier for each promotion is shown on its dedicated page.
• Only bets on eligible games contribute to rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, video poker and other categories may contribute partially or not at all, depending on the promotion.
• Bets with an active bonus balance in non-eligible games may be voided and not credited to the rollover.
• Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, on the deposit, or on deposit + bonus, depending on the case. It is stated in each promotion.

4. Maximum bet with an active bonus

While the bonus or its rollover conditions are active, a maximum bet amount per round or event applies, as stated in the promotion. By default and unless stated otherwise, the maximum bet with an active bonus is 2 USD (or the equivalent in your account currency). Bets exceeding this amount may not count toward rollover and, in case of abuse, may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Maximum bonus winnings cap

Some bonuses may have a maximum cap on winnings convertible to real balance, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. When applicable, it is stated in the promotion. Winnings above the cap are removed upon completion of the rollover.

6. Bonus and free spin expiration

• Each bonus and each free spin package has an expiration date or window, stated in the promotion.
• If the rollover is not completed within the period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are automatically voided.
• Free spins not used within the window are forfeited.

7. Stacking and exclusivity

• A player may only have one active bonus per currency per product (casino or sportsbook) at a time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• While a bonus is active, new bets in that same currency and product may be blocked until the bonus is released or expires.
• If the system offers a choice between several bonuses (for example, at deposit), the player is responsible for selecting the one they want. Once accepted, the bonus cannot be replaced.

8. Voluntary bonus cancellation

The player may cancel an active bonus at any time from their player profile, using the Cancel button available next to the bonus. Cancellation is immediate, does not require contacting support and has no cost. Canceling the bonus removes the bonus balance and, unless stated otherwise, also any winnings derived from it.

9. Promotion abuse

Betamina reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated funds if abusive use is detected. Behaviors considered abuse include:

• Opening multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus.
• Using bonuses on non-eligible games to inflate rollover.
• Bets on opposite markets (hedging) to lock in bonus conversion.
• Coordination between players to exploit team-based promotions.
• Bets that consistently exceed the maximum amount with an active bonus.
• Use of false data, VPN or software to mask identity or location.

In such cases, Betamina may cancel the bonus, void winnings derived from it, recover funds wrongly paid and suspend the account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

10. Sportsbook bonuses

• Sportsbook bonuses (freebets, comboboost) are subject to minimum odds per selection and to the specific rules of the promotion.
• Voided, cashed-out or push-resulted bets may not contribute to rollover or count as "placed bets".
• Bets on events with low liquidity, clearly erroneous odds or regulated risk may not qualify for promotions.

11. Casino bonuses

• Casino bonuses may be restricted to a set of eligible games (selected slots, specific providers, exclusion of progressive jackpots).
• Buy-feature functions on slots may be disabled while a bonus is active.
• Purchased or promotional bonus rounds may have additional specific rules.

12. Verification and taxes

• Before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus, KYC verification may be required in accordance with our KYC Policy.
• Tax obligations on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, according to the jurisdiction of their residence.

13. Promotional communications

The player can manage their promotional communication preferences (email, push, SMS) from their player profile or by requesting the change with support. Unless an opt-out is expressly requested, Betamina may send communications related to bonuses available for the account.

14. Modifications and updates

Betamina reserves the right to update these Bonus Terms at any time. The current version is always available at betamina.com/bonus-terms. Continued use of Betamina's services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.
