Withdrawal Policy

Betamina is operated by Aymora Group Ltd, a company registered in Belize under commercial registration number 000053733, with an online gaming license issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (License No. ALSI-202602023-Fl1). 1. General principles

  • Withdrawals are requested from the Cashier → Withdrawal section of your account.
  • The amount must be available as real balance (not bonus pending release).
  • Funds can only be withdrawn to methods held in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not allowed.
  • Betamina absorbs the payment provider fees. The player does not pay any commission to withdraw.
  • Withdrawal processing is subject to identity verification and to anti-fraud and AML controls.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Every currency enabled at Betamina, whether cryptocurrency or fiat, has both deposit and withdrawal methods available. The full up-to-date list, including the providers associated with each currency, is shown in the Cashier section of your account. Betamina may add new currencies and methods at any time; each newly added currency will automatically include its corresponding withdrawal options.

3. Minimum and maximum amounts

  • The minimum amount depends on the method and currency; it is displayed in the Cashier before confirming the operation.
  • Maximum limits apply per transaction and cumulatively over 24 hours. These limits are designed to protect the account and comply with AML rules.
  • For withdrawals exceeding USD 100 equivalent (per operation or cumulatively), the verification process described in our KYC Policy applies before processing.

4. Processing times

At Betamina, withdrawals are processed in minutes. That's the rule, not the exception: we work to release the funds from our side as quickly as possible once the withdrawal is confirmed. There are two distinct times:

  • Betamina processing time: typically instant or within a few minutes. If additional controls apply (see sections 6 and 7), it may take longer, but speed remains our priority.
  • Crediting time in your wallet, bank or crypto account: depends exclusively on the receiving provider. Crypto is usually a matter of minutes; local banks may take up to 1–3 business days if the banking network delays the credit. That delay is on the bank, not on Betamina.
  • If several hours have passed and you don't see the funds, contact your bank or provider; if the issue persists, email us at support@betamina.com.

5. Automatic withdrawals

Most withdrawals are processed automatically, with no manual intervention. A withdrawal qualifies for automatic processing when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The account is verified (KYC approved).
  • The amount does not exceed 1,000 USDT equivalent per operation.
  • The sum of the player's withdrawals in the last 24 hours does not exceed 2,000 USDT equivalent.
  • The account shows no risk, fraud or multi-account signals.
  • There are no disputes, prior chargebacks or bonuses pending release.

Players with VIP status may have higher automatic withdrawal limits, both per operation and cumulatively over 24 hours, according to the tier assigned within our loyalty program.

Withdrawals that exceed these criteria go through a fast review by the payments team; even then, our goal is to process them as quickly as possible.

6. KYC and AML verification

Before processing a withdrawal, Betamina may request:

  • Valid government-issued ID.
  • Recent proof of address.
  • Source of funds documentation in cases of high deposits or unusual patterns.
  • Verification of the ownership of the withdrawal method.

All information is processed in accordance with our KYC Policy, AML Policy and Privacy Policy.

7. Restrictions

  • A method can only be used for withdrawal if it has previously been used for deposit ("deposit method first" rule), except where the deposit method does not support withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets are not allowed. Any attempt may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
  • If a withdrawal is canceled by the player, the funds return to the balance and may be wagered again. Repeated cancellations may be treated as abuse.
  • Betamina reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal upon suspicion of fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse or breach of our Terms and Conditions.

8. Disputes and complaints

9. Modifications and updates

Betamina reserves the right to update this Withdrawal Policy at any time. The current version is always available at betamina.com/withdrawal-policy. Continued use of Betamina's services constitutes acceptance of this policy and any future updates.
