Refund Policy

Betamina is operated by Aymora Group Ltd, a company registered in Belize under commercial registration number 000053733. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Betamina may consider refund requests, exclusively in exceptional circumstances and at the Company's sole discretion. 1. Used deposits

No refunds will be granted once deposited funds have been used to participate in gaming activities, bets or any other operation within the platform. This includes partially used funds, in which case only the unused balance may be considered — subject to assessment.

2. Bonuses and promotions

If a deposit has triggered a bonus or promotion, the player must waive said benefit and any associated winnings before a possible refund can be considered. The specific conditions of each bonus are subject to their own terms and to our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cryptocurrency transactions

Transactions made via cryptocurrencies are generally irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology. Betamina does not guarantee refunds of deposits made through blockchain networks. In exceptional cases, a return in the same asset may be assessed, subject to verification.

4. Technical errors

In the case of verifiable technical errors attributable to the platform (for example, bet processing failures or duplicate deposits), Betamina may evaluate the return of affected funds following an internal investigation. The final determination corresponds to Betamina in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with the support team may result in the immediate suspension of the account and the annulment of any existing balance. For dispute procedures with Betamina, see our Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. Request process

Refund requests must be sent to Betamina's support team within 14 days of the transaction date. To initiate a request, contact our team via:

  • Email to support@betamina.com.

The request must include the reason, date and transaction ID. Betamina may require additional documentation before making a decision.

7. KYC verification

Before processing any refund, the user may be required to complete the KYC verification process described in our KYC Policy. Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy and applicable AML regulations (see our AML Policy).

8. Final decision

All decisions regarding refunds are final and will be made in accordance with the Company's internal policies and applicable regulations. Betamina reserves the right to reject refund requests it considers unfounded, abusive or contrary to its terms.

9. Policy updates

Betamina reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available at betamina.com/refund-policy. Continued use of Betamina's services constitutes acceptance of this policy and any future updates.
